HSCC (India) Limited, a subsidiary of NBCC (India) Limited, has bagged work orders worth around ₹1,322.48 crore, according to a recent announcement.
What Happened: The orders secured by HSCC (India) Limited include the construction of an additional 500 beds at the ESIC medical college and hospital in Faridabad, valued at ₹642.69 crore. Another project involves the construction of a 500-bed ESIC hospital in Manesar (Gurugram), estimated at ₹679.79 crore.

Earlier today, NBCC secured three new contracts for interior fit-out works in New Delhi from various companies, pushing the October order inflow to cross ₹1,500 crore. With this order, inflow for the month is now around ₹2,800 crore.
This development follows a series of successful contract acquisitions by NBCC (India) Limited and its subsidiaries. On October 10, 2024, the company’s subsidiary, Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL), secured a work order worth approximately ₹1,000 crore for the Campus Development of Gondwana University, Gadchiroli, Maharashtra, which led to a surge in the company’s shares.
Subsequently, on October 16, 2024, NBCC bagged a work order worth approximately ₹25.25 crore from the Kandla Special Economic Zone (KASEZ) Authority for various tasks such as minor miscellaneous work in staff quarters, annual maintenance work, and construction of watch towers.
