NBCC has secured a work order worth approximately ₹25.25 crore. The company made the announcement on Wednesday evening after market close.
What Happened: The work order, awarded by the Kandla Special Economic Zone (KASEZ) Authority, encompasses various tasks such as minor miscellaneous work in staff quarters, annual maintenance work, repairing and painting of compound walls, renovation and retrofitting of roof sheets, and construction of watch towers.

This development follows a series of successful work orders secured by NBCC (India) Limited in October 2024. On October 3, the company bagged work orders worth ₹47.04 crore, which included the SIDBI Vashi Redevelopment Project and Operation & Maintenance works at the International Craft Complex in New Delhi.
On October 10, NBCC secured a ₹198 crore work order for the design, supply, and installation of a rooftop solar system at the Bokaro Steel Plant in Jharkhand. The same day, its subsidiary, Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL), secured a work order worth approximately ₹1,000 crore for the Campus Development of Gondwana University, Gadchiroli, Maharashtra.
On October 11, NBCC secured work orders totalling approximately ₹65.15 crore for the construction of permanent campuses for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNV) in East Delhi and Shahdara, Delhi.
