NBCC India has declared the record date for its final dividend payment for the year ended March 2024.
What Happened: In a communication to the exchanges, the construction firm said that it has set Friday, September 6, 2024, as the record date for identifying shareholders eligible for the final dividend. The dividend amount stands at ₹0.63 per equity share, pending approval at the 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM is slated for Wednesday, September 25, 2024, and will be held via video conferencing. The voting period begins on Sunday, September 22, 2024, and concludes on Tuesday, September 24, 2024.

Shareholders possessing shares in either physical form or dematerialized form, as of the cut-off date, i.e., Wednesday, September 18, 2024, are eligible to vote electronically.
Earlier in the month, The company bagged a ₹15,000 crore order from the Srinagar Development Authority to construct a satellite township in Jammu and Kashmir.
NBCC disclosed in its earnings call that its consolidated order book had expanded to around ₹81,000 crore at the end of June 30, marking a 26% increase from the ₹64,000 crore order book reported at the end of the March quarter. The firm also expressed its ambition to further expand the order book to ₹1 lakh crore by the year-end.
