NBCC (India) in its earnings call revealed that the company’s current consolidated order book stands at around ₹81,000 crore.
What Happened: This is around a 26% jump from the ₹64,000 crore order book posted at the end of the March quarter. The company added that it plans to expand the order book further to ₹1 lakh crore. “By the year-end, I think we’re going to cross ₹1 lakh crore order book. This is our target. We have some orders in the pipeline that will mature in the next coming quarters,” the management said during the call.
This comes as several of its PSU peers such as Magazon Dock Shipbuilders, RVNL and IRCON have seen order book decline in the June quarter.

The company’s expects revenue for the year to grow at around 25% to ₹13,000 crore. The company has guided for a 5.5% to 6% profit margin for the year.
Earlier in the week, the company announced that its subsidiary had bagged an order for the procurement of biomedical equipment and hospital furniture for Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhayaya University of Health Sciences in Kutail, Karnal. The order is worth over ₹500 crore.
Earlier in the month, the company won the order from the Srinagar Development Authority to build a satellite township based which is spread over 406 acres in Rakh-e-Gund Akshah, Bemina, Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir. The order is worth around ₹15,000 crore.
