Several users on Tuesday morning complained on social media platform X about experiencing some glitches on the popular online stock broking app Groww.
What Happened: Users on the platform said that the platform’s wallet was not working properly and was showing zero balance. As per users, this similar problem was encountered just two weeks back.
The platform had previously faced technical issues which were also acknowledged by the online brokerage. The company’s CEO Lalit Keshre had also issued an apology on social media platform X regarding the glitches.

Groww has replied to the tweets, apologising for the inconvenience and has also informed us that the glitches have now been resolved. The technical glitch comes as online broking platforms have seen an increase in such instances. Last week, Zerodha faced technical glitches, its third in three months.
