Inox Wind released its shareholding data for the September quarter on Tuesday afternoon.
What Happened: The latest shareholding data shows mutual fund reduced its stake in Inox Wind to 7.21% from 7.75% in the June quarter. Motilal Oswal Large and Midcap fund increased shareholding to 1.83% from 1.55%. Nippon Small Cap fund reduced shareholding to 2.43% from 2.47%. ICICI Prudential ELSS Tax Saver Fund also reduced its stake to 2% from 2.96%.
Foreign Institutional Investors, on the other hand, increased their stake to 15.82% from 13.37% in the previous quarter. Small Cap World Fund increased their shareholding in the company to 3.88% from 3.72%.

Ownership of retail investors also increased in the stock to 7.32% from 6.85%. The number of retail investors increased to 3.17 lakh from 2.18 lakh in the previous quarter.
In September, Inox Wind got a letter of intent from IGREL Renewables to execute a 550-megawatt wind capacity project in Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh.
Price Action: Shares of Inox Wind rose 4.23% to ₹223.95 on Tuesday.
