Inox Wind has been issued a letter of Intent (LoI) by IGREL Renewables to execute a 550-megawatt wind capacity project on a turnkey basis. The wind energy major said

What Happened: IGREL Renewables Ltd has issued a LoI for the execution of a 550 MW wind capacity project. The project, which will be executed over the next 24 months, will span multiple sites in Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh.

Inox Wind will be responsible for supplying, installing, and commissioning the Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs). Post-commissioning, it will also provide comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) services. This project takes IWL’s order book to over 3.5 gigawatt.

This development comes on the heels of a series of orders. On August 6, 2024, the company bagged a 201-megawatt order from Integrum Energy Infrastructure. A week later, it secured a 51-megawatt equipment supply order from Everrenew Energy Private Ltd.

Moreover, last week, Inox Wind’s subsidiary, Resco Global Wind Services, successfully completed an equity raise of ₹50 crore from several investors, including JM Financial.
