Shares of Active Clothing Company gained 15% on Tuesday. 

What Happened: Active Clothing Company in a regulatory filing said it signed a manufacturing agreement with Puma Sports India as a T-1 Supplier.

The company earlier also signed a manufacturing agreement with Adidas India as a T-1 Supplier. 

Active Clothing is a micro-cap company with a market capitalisation of ₹195 crore. The company in its Q1 results reported a 63% jump in net profit from the previous year to ₹1.21 crore. The company's revenue rose 5.73% from the previous year to ₹46.43 crore.

Promoters hold a 73.6% stake in the company as of June 2024. FIIs and DIIs do not hold any stake in the company. Retail investors hold a 5.02% stake in the company. 

Price Action: Shares of Active Clothing company rallied 15.60% to ₹125.21 on Tuesday. The stock has gained over 79% in the last year.
