NBCC (India) has been awarded a work order worth approximately ₹ 75 crore for the construction and development of various infrastructure works at the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Nagpur.
What Happened: The company made the announcement on Thursday afternoon, stating that the contract involves project management consultancy for the infrastructure development at IIIT Nagpur.

This latest contract comes on the heels of a series of significant projects bagged by NBCC. Earlier in September, the company had entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) to jointly develop a substantial land parcel in New Delhi, a project valued at ₹1,600 crore.
Furthermore, the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, HSCC (India) Limited, secured a project worth ₹1,261 crore from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India for the establishment of an All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Darbhanga, Bihar.
Price Action: NBCC’s share price was down 1.85% to trade at ₹169.12 in the late hours of trading on Thursday.
