Infosys has announced a strategic collaboration with NVIDIA. The partnership is aimed at introducing high-performance, AI-powered solutions in the telecom sector.
What Happened: Infosys said in a regulatory filing that it is gearing up to launch AI-driven solutions for the telecom sector. The company will leverage its ‘AI-first’ set of services, Infosys Topaz, and NVIDIA’s technology for this initiative. The main objective of this collaboration is to enhance customer experiences, streamline network operations, and speed up service delivery for telecom companies.
Infosys has created three generative AI solutions, all powered by Infosys Topaz and using NVIDIA’s technology. These solutions include TOSCA Network Service Design, a smart networking operating centre, and Infosys Cortex, a contact centre transformation platform.

Anand Swaminathan, EVP & Global Industry Leader – Communications, Media and Technology, Infosys, expressed that the collaboration with NVIDIA will unlock advanced enterprise AI capabilities, thereby enhancing business efficiency. Ronnie Vasishta, Senior Vice President of Telecom at NVIDIA, agreed with this viewpoint, emphasizing the role of generative AI in boosting productivity in the telecom sector.
