Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) will report its earnings for the quarter ended June on August 3.
What Happened: The company in an exchange filing informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors CDSL is scheduled to be held on Saturday, August 03, 2024, to consider and approve the financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 30.
Earlier in the month, the company announced the issuance of bonus shares. The company also announced August 17 as the date for its annual general meeting.

For the March quarter, CDSL reported a consolidated net profit that doubled to ₹129 crore. Total income for the quarter also showed a substantial increase, rising by 86% year-on-year to ₹267 crore.
As of March 31, 2024, CDSL had over 11.56 crore demat accounts, adding 3.26 crore new demat accounts during the financial year 2024. Of these, nearly one-third, or 1.09 crore accounts, were added in the January-March quarter alone. This period marked the highest quarterly increase in demat account registrations in CDSL’s history.
