Suzlon on Tuesday announced that it will report its earnings for the quarter ended June on July 22.

What Happened: A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Monday, July 22, 2024, to consider and approve the financial results of the company for the June quarter. A conference call for the analysts and investors on financial results is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2024.

JM Financial expects Suzlon to report a revenue of ₹1,832.1 crore and a net profit of ₹162 crore. As per an IDBI Capital research note, Samco Mutual Fund bought 10 lakh shares of the wind energy major in June while Bajaj Finserv Mutual Fund sold 33.99 lakh shares completely exiting the stock.

Earlier on Monday, CESC, in an exchange filing, announced that its step-down subsidiary, Purvah Green Power Pvt. Ltd., has entered into a framework agreement with Suzlon Energy.

This agreement covers the supply, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), and operations and maintenance of wind turbines. These turbines are set to be commissioned over the next two to four years.
