Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd has declared final dividend for the year ended March 2024.
What Happened: The defence company in an exchange filing on Wednesday said that its Board of Directors has approved a final dividend of ₹13 per share for the year ended March 2024.
The record date for the payment of the final dividend for the financial Year 2023-24, if approved by the shareholders in the ensuing AGM, will be Wednesday, August 21, 2024.

For the year ended March 2024, the public sector firm has already paid an interim dividend of ₹22 per share.
Shares of the defence major have been on a strong bull run over the past few years. Since the start of the year, the stock has gone up over 85%. The rally has also propelled the company’s market cap to over ₹3.5 lakh crore, making it one of the highest-valued companies in the country.
Price Action: HAL’s share price was down 1.49% to trade at ₹5,291.70 in the late hours of trading on Wednesday.
