Sony Cuts PlayStation 5 Price By ₹13,000 In Limited-Time Summer Promo

Sony India has launched a “Summer Promo” for a limited time, slashing the price of a certain PlayStation5 model by ₹13,000 below its standard MRP.

What to know: The promotion applies exclusively to the Standard Disc Edition (CFI-1208A01R), leaving the Digital Edition’s price unchanged. The PlayStation5 comes in two variants: the Standard Edition, which supports physical Blu-ray discs, and the Digital Edition, which does not.

It is worth noting that the limited promo discount won’t apply to the new PlayStation5 Slim model (CFI-2000 model group – Slim). Sony is partnering with Blinkit to deliver these consoles within 10 minutes in selected cities, a move aimed at bettering customer satisfaction with quick delivery times.

The discount period runs from April 10 to April 30, 2024, or until stocks run out. During this time, customers can buy the Sony PlayStation 5 Standard Disc Edition with up to ₹13,000 off the original price of ₹54,990.

Sony will offer this deal through various channels, including online platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, ShopatSC, and physical stores such as Reliance, Croma, Vijay Sales, and other selected retailers, making the promotion widely accessible to consumers.
