Innova Captab is expected to finalise the allotment status of its initial public offering (IPO) on Wednesday, December 27. The IPO opened on December 21 and concluded on December 26, with a price band set at ₹426 to ₹448 per share.

To check the Innova Captab IPO allotment status, you can follow these two methods:

Checking Allotment Status on Registrar’s Website:

  1. Visit the registrar's website.
  2. In the “Select IPO” dropdown menu, choose "Innova Captab Limited."
  3. Select one of the three options to check the status: Application No, Demat Account, or PAN.
  4. Enter the details as per the option selected.
  5. Input the provided Captcha and click Submit.

If you follow these steps you will be able to check your Innova Captab IPO allotment status.

Checking Allotment Status on BSE:

  1. Go to the BSE website.
  2. Click on ‘Equity' and select ‘Innova Captab’ from the dropdown menu.
  3. Enter your application number and PAN.
  4. Click on ‘Search'.

IPO Overview: On its final day, the Innova Captab IPO garnered significant attention, boasting a subscription rate of 55.24 times. The total bids amounted to 50.14 crore equity shares against the 90.78 lakh shares available. Notably, the qualified institutional buyer (QIB) segment witnessed a remarkable subscription rate of 116.73 times, while non-institutional investors demonstrated a subscription rate of 64.94 times. Retail investors also actively participated, subscribing 17.12 times.

Scheduled for listing on stock exchanges on December 29, the Himachal Pradesh-based pharmaceutical finished dosage formulation manufacturing company aims to raise ₹320 crore from the fresh issue, with an additional ₹250 crore to be generated through an offer-for-sale (OFS).

Ahead of the IPO, Innova Captab secured ₹171 crore from various anchor investors on December 20. Notable investors in this round included Morgan Stanley, Copthall Mauritius Investment, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Kotak Mahindra Trustee, Ashoka Whiteoak Emerging Markets Trust, SBI Life Insurance Company, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company, Invesco India, and Integrated Core Strategies.
