Nifty 500: Adani Total Gas Ends Among Gainers, Adani Power Ends Among Losers

Wednesday’s trading session witnessed an electrifying performance by some of the NIFTY 500 stocks. The top gainers of the day were Sundaram Finance, Mindacorp, Torrent Power, Adani Total Gas, and Aster DM Healthcare, each making notable movements in the market.

Topping the chart, Aster DM Healthcare surged by a striking 18.88% to close at ₹395.45, compared to its last close of ₹332.65. Following closely was Adani Total Gas, which witnessed an impressive jump of 13.71%, ending the day at ₹732.55.

Next in line was Torrent Power, which soared by 11.53% to end at ₹941.40. Mindacorp also had a successful day, registering a growth of 10.99% to close at ₹373.15. Lastly, Sundaram Finance rose by 7.69% to wrap up at ₹3373.75.

However, the day wasn’t as bright for some. The stocks that faced the wrath of the market included Aether Industries, Sterlite Technologies, Adani Power, The Phoenix Mills, and Amber Enterprises.

Leading the pack of losers, Aether Industries took a hard hit, with its stock price dropping by 8.41% to ₹829.40. Sterlite Technologies also had a rough day, witnessing a decline of 3.31% to settle at ₹152.05.

Moreover, Adani Power and The Phoenix Mills each saw a dip of nearly 2.93%, closing the day at ₹433.10 and ₹2319.95 respectively. Lastly, Amber Enterprises experienced a fall of 2.79%, ending the trading session at ₹3046.30.
