Among the top performers were Finolex Cables Limited and Vodafone Idea Limited, with Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited and Petronet LNG Limited recording significant drops.

Leading the pack of gainers, was EIH Limited clocking in a 7.83% rise from its last close, with the current price at ₹227.9. The Pune-based company manufactures and sells electrical and communication cables, along with other electrical appliances.
