Equitas Small Finance Bank has been having a great time at the bourses. The stock has jumped around 10% in the past month. The stock is up around 2% today as the company today revealed becoming the banking partner of the popular IPL team Royal Challengers Bangalore.

The company in a statement said that it has partnered with the T20 team for the 2023 season of the T20
League. “The RCB team will don the Equitas Small Finance Bank logo on the lead trousers as part of the team's jersey,” the company added.

Talking about the partnership the company’s Senior President and Country Head, Murali Vaidyanathan, said that the company is excited to partner with a “team like Royal Challengers Bangalore, which
has a huge fan-following across the world.”

The Chennai-headquartered bank’s stock has been riding the positive wave after posting strong Q3FY23 numbers last month, beating consensus estimates. The company reported the highest quarterly net profits of ₹170 crore in Q3FY23.

Price Action: Equitas Small Finance Bank shares were up 1.98% to ₹65.84 in the early hours of trading on Wednesday.
