Sonata Software Shares Hit Another 52-Week High: What's Driving The Surge?

Shares of Sonata Software hit another 52-week high of ₹845 on Tuesday. The IT services company has had a great start to the year as shares of the company have surged over 45% year-to-date.

What Happened: Shares of the company are having a dream run at the bourses since the company announced the acquisition of US-based Quant Systems. Since then the company has been riding positive sentiments.

In the past month, the company shared several positive developments. Following the acquisition of Quant Systems, the company announced it achieved the status of Microsoft Cloud Solution Partner. The company said that it has attained all six Microsoft Solutions Partner designations.

Just last week, the company announced that it was expanding its partnership with the French search solutions company Sinequa. The two companies were in partnership serving the US markets since 2020. Now, with this agreement, the company looks to extend the search solutions globally.

The company’s stock has jumped over 25% in the past month.

Price Action: Shares of Sonata Software jumped 2.59% to ₹819 in the late hours of trading on Tuesday.
