Sonata Software shares remained muted on Thursday even as the company announced extending its partnership with a French search solutions company.
What Happened: The company that has seen its share price surge around 25% in the last month announced on Thursday that it was expanding its partnership with Sinequa from covering U.S. markets to global.

The IT services company informed that its subsidiary Encore Software Services had been partnering with Sinequa since 2020 covering the US markets. Now, with this agreement, the company looks to extend the search solutions globally.
Talking about the partnership, the company’s CEO and MD Samir Dhir said that the company was proud to expand the partnership beyond the United States.
After the announcement was made, the company’s share saw a brief jump before simmering down again.
Price Action: Shares of the company were marginally up at 0.15% to trade at ₹819 in the afternoon hours of trading on Thursday.
