Sonata Software’s share price jumped over 3% to hit a new 52-week high of ₹809 in the early hours of trading on Thursday.
What Happened: The software solutions company has been on a four-session gaining streak after it announced the acquisition of U.S.-based Quant Systems. Sonata Software’s share price has increased by over 24% in the past month.
The company on Wednesday announced its association with Mukesh Ambani-owned Women’s Indian Premier League (WIPL) team Mumbai Indians. The company informed that it has signed up with Mumbai Indians as an Associate Partner ahead of the premier T20 women's league scheduled to start on March 4.
“Sonata Software logo will be prominently visible on the players’ kits,” the company added in a regulatory filing.
Commenting on the partnership the company’s Chief Human Resource Officer, Balaji Kumar, said that the company was proud to be associated with Mumbai Indians and the Women's T20 league.

Price Action: Sonata Software’s share price was up 2.07% to trade at ₹785.80 in the early hours of trading on Monday.
