Jessica Simpson and her estranged husband, Eric Johnson, relisted their multimillion-dollar Hidden Hills, California, mansion just two days before announcing their separation.
The meticulously designed seven-bedroom, 13-bathroom estate spans 13,274 square feet and was listed on Jan. 11 for $17.9 million – a price reduction of 18.6% from its original listing, according to Page Six, citing online real estate records.
Offering city lights and mountain views, the property first hit the market on Sept. 19, 2023, when Simpson relocated to Nashville. It was withdrawn from the market by Aug. 2, 2024.

Simpson previously revealed her decision to temporarily move to Nashville that summer was driven by a desire to connect with "like-minded people."
"It's not about the celebrities – it's really about the music and the heart and the conversation," the Jessica Simpson Collection CEO told E! News at the time. She said she was "happy" with the move.
But Simpson and her three children – Maxwell, 12, Ace, 11 and Birdie, 5 – returned to the West Coast in time for the new school year.
Simpson recently told People magazine that she and Johnson had been "living separately" for some time as they worked through their "painful" separation.
"Our children come first and we are focusing on what is best for them," she said. "We are grateful for all the love and support that has been coming our way and appreciate privacy right now as we work through this as a family."

A source recently told Page Six that Simpson and Johnson had been struggling with "trust issues" that drove a wedge between them.
Reportedly, Simpson had a friend contact Los Angeles-based divorce attorneys in late October, citing unhappiness in her marriage.
It remains unclear whether the couple relisted their marital home to resolve financial matters ahead of finalizing their divorce.
