Boxing legend Mike Tyson wasted no time treating himself after his highly anticipated exhibition match with Jake Paul.

Tyson purchased a lavish $13 million waterfront mansion in Florida, complete with a plot on a nearby airstrip, according to Realtor.com.

The 58-year-old boxer reportedly earned $20 million for the fight, which was streamed live on Netflix in November. Despite the hefty payday, Tyson ultimately lost the bout to the 27-year-old Paul.

But his new digs seem like the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The 12,286-square-foot mansion, which sits on 2.7 acres in the Tierra del Rey Estates gated community, has six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

The estate was originally listed for sale at nearly $17 million while it was still under construction.

Construction was completed at the end of 2024 and property records indicate that Tyson and his wife, Lakiha, purchased the home on Jan. 9.

The estate boasts an array of luxurious amenities, including a one-acre private bass pond, an 80-foot swimming pool and spa and a separate guesthouse.

The property also includes a newly renovated, air-conditioned barn with impact-resistant windows. Other highlights include a home theater, a gym, a "haircut lounge," a prep kitchen, a wine storage room and a four-car garage designed to accommodate car lifts.

Broker Joseph Jonathan Schneider, who represented Tyson in the deal, confirmed the off-market purchase to The Palm Beach Post and expressed his pleasure in working with the boxer and his family.

"This has been a successful transaction with all the parties demonstrating professionalism and collaboration," Schneider said. "The Tyson family has been a valued client and friend for many years and it's been a pleasure working with them."

According to the community website, Tierra del Rey Estates, locally known as the "Land of Kings," has 78 parcels of land, each occupying at least 2.5 acres. Many homesites span five acres or more and have water views and a serene atmosphere.

This isn't Tyson's only recent property acquisition in the Del Rey area. In May, he and his wife purchased a 2.26-acre plot within a private airpark just 10 minutes from their new mansion. The property, acquired for $1.69 million, includes a small cottage attached to a private airplane hangar and provides direct access to the adjacent airstrip. The purchase allows the Tysons to easily and privately jet in and out of Palm Beach as well as store their private aircraft.

It remains uncertain whether Tyson plans to make this his primary residence. He previously owned a six-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion in Henderson, Nevada, which he purchased in 2015 for $2.5 million.

Tyson also once owned a 19,500-square-foot estate on 58 acres in Southington, Ohio, which he was forced to sell in the 1990s due to financial and legal difficulties.
