The late Ivana Trump's former Upper East Side town house has seen another price reduction.

Once listed as high as $26.5 million in 2022, the opulent five-bedroom, six-bathroom home has struggled to find a buyer. After a $4 million price cut last year, the property is now on the market for $19.5 million, according to Realtor.com.

Trump, the ex-wife of former President Donald Trump, purchased the property for $2.5 million in 1992 after the couple divorced. Ivana Trump, who was born in Czechia, raised her three children in the home, where she died in 2022 from injuries sustained during a fall.

The six-story, 8,725-square-foot residence's décor is reminiscent of the Baroque style, with crystal chandeliers, gilded paneling, silky fabrics, ornate crown moldings, and custom millwork. Each floor is accessible by elevator.

The dining room was inspired by a room at the Palace of Versailles and featured gold wall fabric. The primary suite, which occupies the entire third floor, is adorned with a mural, has a private terrace, and has an en suite bathroom built of pink onyx marble.

The residence also has a media room with an adjacent kitchen on the lower level, 700 square feet of outdoor space, and a Swedish sauna. It's close to world-class museums like the Frick, Metropolitan and Guggenheim, as well as Central Park and shopping and dining.

The median list price for a Manhattan's Upper East Side residence was $1.8 million in June, down 2.5% from last year. The median listing home price per square foot was $1,500, and the median home sold price was $1.4 million.

According to Realtor.com, the biggest property listed is a 16,000-square-foot, 10-bedroom, 8½-bath town house with an asking price of $58 million. The smallest property in the neighborhood is a 246-square-foot studio unit for $250,000.

The most expensive property listed in the area is a seven-bedroom, 12-½-bath town house with an asking price of $65 million.
