Shares of Galapagos NV GLPG rose sharply during Monday's session after Ecor1 Capital reported a 9.9% stake in the company.

Galapagos shares jumped 10% to $28.47 on Monday.

• Intuitive Machines, Inc. LUNR gained 7% to $5.61.
• XPeng Inc. XPEV shares rose 6.1% to $7.44 after disclosing that its CEO had acquired over 2 million shares of the company.
• Array Technologies, Inc. ARRY jumped 5.7% to $7.32.
• Chart Industries, Inc. GTLS gained 5.6% to $130.54.
• Rocket Pharmaceuticals, Inc. RCKT jumped 5.5% to $19.63.
• CorMedix Inc. CRMD gained 5.3% to $5.95. Rodman & Renshaw analyst Brandon Folkes initiated coverage on Cormedix with a Buy rating and announced a price target of $13.
• Pharming Group N.V. PHAR gained 5% to $7.98.
• Enphase Energy, Inc. ENPH rose 4.8% to $128.95.
• ProFrac Holding Corp. ACDC gained 4.6% to $6.80.
