U.S. stock futures traded mostly lower this morning on Monday, with the Nasdaq futures falling around 50 points this morning.

Shares of Verve Therapeutics, Inc. VERV fell in pre-market trading after the company announced first human proof-of-concept data for in vivo base editing from the ongoing heart-1 phase 1b clinical trial of VERVE-101.

Verve Therapeutics recently reported a narrower-than-expected loss for its third quarter.

• Plug Power Inc. PLUG shares tumbled 4.8% to $3.36 in pre-market trading after falling over 40% on Friday. The company reported disappointing third-quarter results and issued a going concern warning.
• Instacart (Maplebear Inc.) CART shares declined 4.7% to $24.02 in pre-market trading after gaining 3% on Friday. Maplebear reported third-quarter total revenue of $7.494 billion, up 6% year-over-year.
• Henry Schein, Inc. HSIC fell 4% to $61.50 in pre-market trading after reporting third-quarter results.
• ICL Group Ltd ICL shares dropped 3.5% to $4.72 in pre-market trading. ICL Group recently posted better-than-expected quarterly earnings.
• Hut 8 Mining Corp. HUT shares fell 3.2% to $2.10 in pre-market trading. U.S. Data Mining Group, Inc. d/b/a US Bitcoin Corp (USBTC) said it is moving forward with its all-stock merger with Hut 8.
• Microvast Holdings, Inc. MVST fell around 3% to $1.35 in pre-market trading. Microvast said third-quarter revenue increased 107.5% year-over-year to $80.1 million, which beat the consensus estimate of $76.244 million.
• AudioCodes Ltd. AUDC fell 2.5% to $9.59 in pre-market trading.
