Indian stock market will be closed for trading on November 15, Friday due to Guru Nanak Jayanti. According to NSE and BSE, November 15 will be a trading holiday.
November will have one more trading holiday on Wednesday, November 20, due to the Maharashtra state elections. The stock market will remain closed, with no trading activity on that day.
Following this, the only remaining trading holiday for the year will be on December 25 for Christmas.

Indian markets will enjoy an extended break from action after Nifty 50 entered into a correction on Wednesday and the market overall fell 2.45% in the week.
On Thursday, Nifty 50 fell 0.11% to close at 23,532.70. Bank Nifty closed slightly up by 0.18% at 50,179.55, gaining 91.20 points in the session. However, the broader markets showed strength in the session with the Nifty Midcap index gaining 0.45% to 54,043.10 and the Nifty Smallcap index rising 0.81% to 17,601.05. Eicher Motors was the top gainer while Hindustan Unilever was the top loser in the session.
