Sagility India launched its IPO, a book-built issue worth ₹2,106.60 crore, on November 5. The IPO, entirely an offer for sale of 70.22 crore shares, has a price band set between ₹28 to ₹30 per share.
The minimum lot size is 500 shares, translating to a minimum investment of ₹15,000 for retail investors. The IPO will close for subscription on November 7.
Sagility India IPO Subscription Status
Til Afternoon, the Sagility India IPO has seen a subscription of 2.58 times. The retail individual investors (RIIs) category has been subscribed 3.57 times, while the non-institutional investors (NIIs) category has seen a subscription of 1.14 times. The qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) category is subscribed 2.96 times.
The issue includes a reservation of up to 19 lakh shares for employees, offered at a discount of ₹2 to the issue price.
Sagility India IPO GMP
The Sagility IPO grey market premium (GMP) declined to ₹0.30 on Thursday. Adding the GMP to the upper price band, the expected listing price for the IPO remains at ₹30.30.
However, it is crucial to remember that GMP is indicative and should not be the sole factor determining the company's performance upon listing.

Sagility India IPO Details
The IPO opened for subscription on November 5, 2024, and will close on November 7. The allotment for the Sagility India IPO is expected to be finalised on Friday, November 8, with a tentative listing date fixed as Tuesday, November 12, on BSE and NSE.
Before its IPO launch, the Bengaluru-based healthcare services provider raised ₹945.4 crore from 52 anchor investors on November 4. The company confirmed the allocation of 31.51 crore equity shares to anchor investors at ₹30 per share.
Global investors participating in the anchor book include Nomura Funds, Government Pension Fund Global, Florida Retirement System, TIMF Holdings, Societe Generale, and Goldman Sachs. Among domestic investors are ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, HDFC Mutual Fund, Mirae Asset, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, and Whiteoak Capital.
