BEST Inc. BEST integrated the natural language processing tool ChatGPT into its Qianyi ERP software.

The integration allows cross-border sellers to generate multi-language product titles and descriptions using AI, piloting the logistics industry. 

Qianyi ERP uses ChatGPT to create product titles and detailed descriptions in various languages. 

"The foreign language vocabulary translation will be accurate and authentic, saving users time and effort that would have been spent learning platform rules, tracking industry hotspots, and language translation," BEST said.

In the software, the company plans to launch automatic pricing, processing of product images, and automatic generation of posters soon.

Users can access the software through major e-commerce platforms. It supports Chinese, English, Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian languages.

The development boosts the company's efforts to enhance AI capabilities.

Price Action: BEST shares are trading higher by 7.9% to $2.30 in the premarket session on the last check Wednesday.
