Bhavish Aggarwal, co-founder of Ola Electric, recently engaged in a heated exchange on social media platform X (formerly Twitter).
What Happened: On Sunday, comedian Kunal Kamra took to X to address the rising complaints against Ola Electric’s service quality. He questioned the treatment of Indian consumers and invited those with issues to share their stories.
In a subsequent tweet, Aggarwal responded to comedian Kunal Kamra. Aggarwal offered to pay Kamra more than his earnings from his “failed comedy career” if he could help resolve the issues.
“Or else sit quiet and let us focus on fixing the issues for the real customers. We're expanding the service network fast and backlogs will be cleared soon,” he added in the post.

The exchange continued with Kamra retorting with a sarcastic comment about his comedy career and Aggarwal’s arrogance. The CEO responded by inviting him to work at the service centre, promising to pay better than “his flop shows”.
This spat comes at a time when Ola Electric is grappling with a high volume of customer complaints, with some days reportedly witnessing up to 7,000 complaints. The company has been trying to tackle these issues by revamping its service team.
Simultaneously, Ola Electric’s market share has been dwindling. The company’s share in the EV two-wheeler space dropped to 28% in September, with competitors like Bajaj Auto closing the gap.
