Index provider FTSE on Friday unveiled changes to its Global Equity Index Series (Asia Pacific Ex Japan Ex China) – September 2024 Semi-Annual Review.
What Happened: Several Indian stocks were included under the small, mid and large-cap indices. RVNL, Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders, and Bharat Dynamics all made it to the large-cap index while Adani Wilmar and Paytm were excluded in this review.
The changes will be effective after the close of business on Friday, 20 September 2024 (i.e. on Monday, 23 September 2024).
