Parag Parikh Flexi Cap Fund increased its stake in Power Grid, Coal India, Maruti and Infosys according to the latest data of the fund.
What Happened: The flagship fund of PPFAS's total assets under management increased to ₹75.95 lakh crore in July compared to ₹71.70 lakh crore in June.
The fund increased its stake in Power Grid from 6.28% in June to 6.86% in July, ITC from 5.52% to 5.76%, Coal India from 5.03% to 5.75%, Maruti Suzuki from 4.99% to 5.25%, Infosys from 1.03% to 2.15% and HCLTech from 3.81% to 4.05%.

The fund also reduced its stake in banks which includes HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank. HDFC Bank’s stake was reduced to 8.03% from 8.57%, ICICI Bank’s from 5.30% to 5.07%, Axis Bank’s from 4.17% to 3.63% and Kotak Mahindra Bank’s from 2.58% to 2.51%.
The Flexicap fund also reduced its holdings in foreign stocks such as Google, Microsoft, Meta and Amazon from 14.33% in June to 12.84% in July.
The cash position in the fund increased slightly from 15.16% in June to 15.30%.
