Small Cap Stock Jumps 5% After Bagging Order From Adani Energy

Shares of Jyoti Structures shot up sharply after the company made the announcement.

What Happened: The company in an exchange filing on Tuesday afternoon informed that it had received an order from Adani Energy Solutions (formerly known as Adani Transmission). The order is for the construction and part supply of a 765 kiloVolt D/C (Double Circuit) transmission line.

The location for the order is Gujarat under Khavda Phase IV-Part A. The order is worth around ₹117.74 crore and is expected to be completed by October 2025.

The shot that was trailing in the red shot up sharply as soon as the news came out.

With a market cap of around ₹2,300 crore, the small-cap stock is engaged in the manufacturing of transmission line towers, sub-station structures, tall antenna towers/masts, and railway electrification structures.

Price Action: Shares of Jyoti Structures were locked in the 5% upper circuit at ₹27.06 on Tuesday.
