The World Cup-winning Indian Team has returned home. The Men In Blue ended the country’s over-a-decade wait for an ICC trophy when they defeated South Africa in Barbados last Saturday.

This was also our second time winning the T20 World Cup after we won the inaugural tournament under the leadership of MS Dhoni.

Markets Today: Markets continued their bullish trend on Thursday with both the Nifty and Sensex hitting lifetime highs. Nifty 50 went up around 0.4% to breach the 24,400 mark, while Sensex surged 0.25% to 80,392 points.

Several other indices such as Nifty 100, Nifty 200, Nifty Midcap 100, Nifty Smallcap 100 also hit fresh all-time highs on Thursday. The gain was driven by a jump in IT stocks such as TCS, Infosys and HCLTech. The Nifty IT index was up around 1.3%.
