Cholamandalam Financial Holdings emerged as the day’s standout performer, with its stock price soaring by 10.72% to close at ₹1609.30, up from ₹1453.50.

Garden Shipbuilders and Mahanagar Gas also recorded impressive gains, with their stock prices increasing by 9.88% and 9.39%. Gardenreach Shipbuilders gained after winning a ₹174 crore order from Bangladesh. Home First Finance and PB Fintech were the other gainers ending the session with an 8.78% and 8.58% gain respectively.

Conversely, Motilal Oswal Financial Services experienced the largest drop, decreasing by 3.75% to close at ₹591.50 from ₹614.55.
