Titan has revealed major changes in its top leadership. The company’s EyeCare Division and CaratLane will see new heads as part of this reshuffle, according to a company statement released on Monday.
What Happened: As per the company’s release, NS Raghavan, the current chief sales & marketing officer of the EyeCare Division, will step up as the CEO of the same division.
Saumen Bhaumik, who currently holds the CEO position of the EyeCare Division, will now helm CaratLane Trading Private Limited as its managing director. CaratLane is a subsidiary of Titan Company, with the latter owning a 99.99% stake in it. The current managing director Avnish Anand, has desired to step down from the position due to personal reasons.

Bhaumik, a Titan veteran since the early 90s, has played multiple leadership roles in the jewellery and watches businesses of Titan, apart from being the regional business head for the North region.
On the other hand, Raghavan, who came on board Titan in December 2023, carries with him over 27 years of experience in the Eyewear industry. He is an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies with an MBA in Marketing and holds Executive Management Degrees from INSEAD and ESSEC Business Schools.
