Adani Power released its annual report for the year ending March 2024 on Sunday. The company detailed the company’s journey throughout the year and plans ahead.
As per the report, the company’s CEO SB Khyalia received an annual salary of ₹5.63 crore, for the year ended March 2024. As per the company’s data, no remuneration was paid to Executive Directors during the FY 2022-23. He was appointed as the energy major’s CEO in January 2022.

Khyalia is a Chartered Accountant with over three decades of extensive experience in the power industry, encompassing generation, transmission, and distribution. During his career in the power sector, he has served as a Director on the Boards of several power distribution companies. These include Power Exchange (India) Ltd., Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Ltd., and Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Ltd., among others.
He has previously served as the Managing Director at Gujarat Power Corporation, where he gained significant experience in the renewable power sector, particularly in the development of ultra mega renewable parks.
