Hitachi Energy India led the gainers, surging 9.80% to close at ₹10,745.65, up from ₹9,786.60. ITI closely followed with a 9.79% increase, ending the day at ₹313.55, up from ₹285.60.
Thermax also showed strong performance, with its stock price rising by 8.35% to ₹5,087.80 from ₹4,695.55. Brigade Enterprises and Jubilant Ingrevia were among other notable gainers, posting increases of 7.89% and 7.21% to close at ₹1,081.15 and ₹548.50, respectively.

Conversely, Colgate-Palmolive (India) led the decliners with a 5.23% drop, closing at ₹2,672.55, down from ₹2,819.95.
Aarti Industries also experienced a significant decline, with its stock price falling by 4.76% to ₹621.90.
Other stocks that faced downturns included Archean Chemical Industries, Jyothy Labs, and Jindal Stainless, with declines of 4.52%, 4.15%, and 4.04%, respectively.
