The Mumbai-based company’s public issue, amounting to ₹11.06 crore, opened on May 3, featuring only a fresh issue component. Priced at ₹79 per share in a fixed price issue, the IPO proceeds will primarily fund the purchase of laptops, desktops, SSD, and RAM, alongside debt repayment and general corporate purposes.
Slone Infosystems is set to finalize the basis of allotment for IPO shares by May 8, with equity shares scheduled to be credited to the demat accounts of eligible investors by May 9. Trading in its equity shares will commence on the NSE Emerge platform starting May 10.
