Thursday’s trading session on the NIFTY 50 index showcased a diverse performance spectrum, with Bharti Airtel leading the charge among the gainers, and Apollo Hospitals Enterprise experiencing the steepest decline among the losers.

Bharti Airtel emerged as the session’s highlight, witnessing a notable surge of 4.05%, which took its stock price to ₹1265.75, up from ₹1216.45.

Hindalco Industries, recorded a modest gain of 0.65%, nudging its stock price to ₹612.80 from the previous session’s close of ₹608.85.

Following in the footsteps of growth was Larsen & Toubro Infotech, marking a 0.74% increase to reach ₹4697.15 from a closing of ₹4662.85 in the prior session. Bajaj Auto, also showcased positive momentum with a 1.15% rise, pushing its price to ₹9021.30 from ₹8919.15.

However, not all stocks basked in gains. Apollo Hospitals Enterprise faced a significant downturn, with its stock price falling by 4.11% to ₹6074.15 from ₹6334.75, marking the day’s most pronounced decline.

Other notable decreases were observed in Titan Company, which dimmed by 3.31% to ₹3525.10; Nestlé India, which fell by 3.28% to ₹2462.55; Coal India, down by 3.22% to ₹438.60; and Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, which saw a 3.18% decrease to ₹274.15.
