Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal has reportedly recently tied the knot with Grecia Munoz, a Mexican entrepreneur.
What Happened: The marriage between Goyal and Munoz, a former model and current startup founder, took place over a month ago, Moneycontrol reported, citing an anonymous source.
This marks Goyal’s second marriage, having previously been married to Kanchan Joshi, whom he met during his studies at IIT-Delhi.
In January, Munoz shared glimpses from her explorations in Delhi, captioning her Instagram post, “Glimpses of my new life at my new home.” The post included photographs of her visiting iconic landmarks such as the Red Fort.
Deepinder Goyal, aged 41, is the founder and CEO of Zomato, a food delivery platform headquartered in Gurugram. He launched the company in 2008 from his apartment under the name Foodiebay. Over the years, Zomato has expanded into a major player in the food delivery industry, operating in over 1,000 cities across India.
However, Zomato recently faced criticism for its introduction of a “pure veg” delivery fleet, marked by green uniforms and limited to delivering vegetarian food. Following backlash on social media and concerns for the safety of delivery executives, the green dress code was retracted.
