EaseMyTrip has forged a strategic partnership with the self-drive car rental service Zoomcar. This collaboration looks to offer a more integrated and convenient travel experience to customers.
What Happened: Announced on Tuesday, the partnership will enable customers to book Zoomcar’s extensive fleet of over 25,000 vehicles directly through the EaseMyTrip platform, streamlining the process of arranging travel accommodations.
The integration of services means that travellers can now access a variety of Zoomcar vehicles, ranging from compact hatchbacks to spacious SUVs, alongside booking flights and hotels. This initiative is in sync with the Indian government’s focus on enhancing road connectivity and infrastructure, thus making self-drive car rentals more accessible and economical via the EaseMyTrip platform.
