HDFC Bank Shares Jump Over 2% To Lead Nifty 50 Gainers

Leading the pack of gainers on Tuesday is HDFC Bank, which has surged 2.22%. The stock’s current price stands at ₹1,459.55, up from the previous close of ₹1,427.80.

Not far behind is the tech giant TCS, which has witnessed a 1.70% uptick in its stock price, currently trading at ₹4,192.25.

Another IT behemoth, Infosys, has also caught the market’s attention with a 0.77% rise, trading at ₹1,612.95.

On the automotive front, Maruti has revved up a 1.00% gain, with its price accelerating to ₹11,509.90. LTI Mindtree rounded off the gainers with a 1.68% increase, with its shares being traded at ₹5,209.20.

Conversely, the market wasn’t kind to all, as Adani Enterprises led the list of laggards with a 2.65% drop, bringing its price down to ₹3,122.5. Pharmaceutical company Cipla saw its stock price fall by 2.55% to ₹1,465.75.

Similarly, Grasim Industries experienced a 2.36% decline, with its current price at ₹2,184.0, while Adani Ports and SBI saw their stock prices decrease by 1.93% and 1.81%, trading at ₹1,301.3 and ₹759.7 respectively.
