What Happened? Gates is set to meet with Odisha’s Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, focusing on initiatives such as the ‘Jaga Mission’ for slum development, the ‘Mukta’ scheme for generating local employment, and ‘Mission Shakti’ aimed at empowering women.

He emphasized the role of Aadhaar in maintaining a comprehensive registry of 7.5 million farmers, facilitating personalized farming advice through AI and chatbots.
