From Employee To Entrepreneur

In 2021, Confluent went public through an IPO, propelling Neha to the ranks of India’s wealthiest women. She is widely regarded as one of America’s most successful female entrepreneurs, attributing her success to her father, who instilled in her the values espoused by prominent figures like Indira Gandhi, Kiran Bedi and Indra Nooyi from an early age.

Comeback Queen

Despite a significant dip in her net worth in 2022, as per the Hurun Rich List, Neha’s resilience shone through. Her fortunes took a hit, plummeting to ₹4,700 crore from ₹13,380 crore within a year. Undeterred by this setback, Neha staged a resilient comeback.
