Fonebox Retail IPO Overview: Retail and non-institutional investors led the charge, subscribing 886 times and 819 times the portions allocated to them, respectively. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) also showed substantial interest, purchasing 138 times their reserved portion.
Prior to the IPO, the company raised money from anchor investors. In the anchor allotment, the company raised ₹5.78 crore by allocating 682,000 shares to NAV Capital VCC – NAV Capital Emerging Star Fund at a bid price of ₹70 per share. Additionally, 144,000 shares were allotted to LC Radiance Fund VCC.

Operating under the brand names Fonebox, Fonebook, and MyMobile, the company boasts a vast network of 143 multi-brand outlets in over 20 cities across Gujarat, catering to the diverse needs of its customer base.
