Australian Premium Solar IPO Overview: Retail investors showed strong interest, with their portion subscribed 528.26 times, while non-institutional buyers subscribed 772.06 times. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) have also subscribed 107.02 times.
The IPO, valued at ₹28.08 crore, is a completely fresh issue of 5,200,000 equity shares, and there is no offer for sale (OFS) component. The proceeds from the IPO will be utilized for financing capital expenditures, covering working capital needs, advancing the company’s overall goals, and covering public issue costs.
The Grey Market Premium (GMP) for the Australian Premium Solar IPO is reported to be +45, indicating a premium of ₹45 in the grey market. If we consider the upper end of the IPO price band and the current grey market premium, the estimated listing price is indicated at ₹99 per share, representing an 83.33% increase over the IPO price of ₹54.
