Thursday’s trading session in India’s NIFTY 500 index was marked by significant movements, with Sobha Limited and Century Textiles & Industries leading the charge as top gainers.

Sobha Limited, a real estate company, surged to the forefront with an impressive 15.7% increase, reaching ₹1,295.25. Century Textiles & Industries followed with a significant 12.21% jump to ₹1,398.25. DCM Shriram, Macrotech Developers (Lodha Group), and MMTC also made substantial gains, recording increases of 9.93%, 9.27%, and 8.56% respectively.

PVR INOX and Gland Pharma completed the list of top decliners, with their stock prices dropping by 2.84% and 2.75%, ending the day at ₹1665.05 and ₹1975.3 respectively.
