Trading across cash, derivatives, securities, and lending and borrowing segments will be suspended on December 25, resuming the following day.
Markets On Friday, December 22: The benchmark, Nifty 50 and Sensex, sustained their upward momentum. Information technology (IT) and auto stocks drove the rally, resulting in a 0.44% gain for Nifty50, closing at 21,349.4, and a 0.34% increase for Sensex, finishing at 71,106.96. The markets look all set to end the year on a high.
