The IPO has been a resounding success, with a subscription rate of 36.62 times over the three-day bidding period from December 15 to December 18, 2023.
With the implementation of the T+3 schedule on December 1, 2023, the allotment of shares is likely to be finalized today, and the shares are expected to be credited to investors’ accounts by the following Monday.

On the final day, the IPO received bids for a staggering 65,59,44,390 shares against the 1.79 crore shares on offer. The retail investor segment subscribed 9.79 times, while non-institutional investors and qualified institutional bidders (QIBs) subscribed 28.47 and 38.60 times, respectively.
